1. Mince the pork liver and the ground meat.
2. Mix with grated onion, breadcrumbs, thyme, salt and pepper.
3. Shape into balls and place in a tray.
4. For the gravy, fry the onion, sprinkle with flour and pour in the stock.
5. Pour over the balls and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Serve with mash and peas.
